[RegCNET] problem with multi-processor run

Hi,
    Would you mind if I ask for your kind suggestion since I am facing a
persistent problem with mpi run with multi-processors in regcm 4.1.1.
    I am working with RegCM4.1.1( for ISM rainfall simulation) with netcdf
4.1.3. During mpirun with multiprocessor with command
$ mpirun -np 4 ./Bin/regcmMPI test90.in > test90.out& (for 4 processors)
the run uses only 1 processor and it is taking unusually longer time for
the seasonal run. I am using AIX (Xmanager V2.0).
    Would you kindly suggest me any solution.
