[RegCNET] About CRU of version 4.1

Dear all,
         when i use RegCM4.1, i find there is nothing introdution of the CRU data in the user guide .so i want to know how to use the CRU data, and where the CRU data that were downloaded from the internet should to be placed?
i find a script named 'cru2regcm' in Tools\Scripts, how to use it? Just like '$>cru2regcm  test.in'?
