[RegCNET] Help!!! about aerosol direct/indirect radiative

Dear Dr.Bi and all the user,
i want do aerosol direct and indirect effect over east Aisa with RegCM3. In the first, I run some examples to test the reuslts. i use NNRP2 (year 2009) data to force the model. In CONT run, the indirect=1 and in the DIR (direct run) indirect=2, which is just as F. Giorgi's paper (2002,Journal of Geophysical Research) and Fabien said at the RegCNET. The results of direct radiative forcing, SO4 burden are reasonable, but when I check up the climate feedback (DIR-CONT), I find that there is many noise about the ground temperture or air temperture at 2m, and in some region warm effect appeares. And the serious problem is that the coolling regions don't match the RF spatial distribution. Do all these phenomenons regular? How can I deal it?
 
Second, when i do the indirect effect, it need a background could effect radius (BKRE), in F. Giorgi's  paper (2003, Climatic Change 58(3) ) the BKRE was set as a contant 10（did I got the right answer). I follow Giorgi's work, but the same questions just like as previous describing.
 
PS: i just run the model about 50 days for simlp, Is this important to  the result?
