Dear Nacer,
if you want tgo interpolate the CRU with the same RegCM grid yuo can use the NCL package, there is a ncl script coming with RegCM-4.1.1 can do this operation the script is being in RegCM-4.1.1/Tools/Scripts/NCL/.

 try it and let me know if there is any problem

i want to compare the cru data and regcm simulation ,i use the 4.1.1 regcm version ,
for this it is necessary to have a same grid, 
what program and what namelist can i use ?
