[RegCNET] Problem in precipitation output from Regcm4 using ECHOM5 data

Dear all

I will appreciate your quick response.

I have successfully run the RegCM4 model with boundary data from Echom5
model output for our region. Now when we have started to analyse the output
and compared it with the recent past for some stations there is a large
bias.

for example for a single station in monsoon months RegCM is showing 1500
mm-2100mm (monthly sum) but in actual this does not happen even in the
whole year. For future it is showing same trend with abrupt increase in
rainfall amount.

I have shown my results to senior meteorologists and they suggested that
these results are not realistic for our region.
Please help in this issue? how can we remove this large bias or what is the
reason for this large and abrupt increase?
