[RegCNET] Floating exception in PostProc

Hi,Everyone!
I have trouble in run the command ./postproc.x, and select the option as following: 
ICBC (0=no; 1=yes)
0
   ATM (0=no; 1=yes)
0
   SRF (0=no; 1=yes)
0
   RAD (0=no; 1=yes)
1  
It  prompted  the message"Floating exception" . And running  the options of ATM and SRF are okay. Could anyone tell me how to do? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
