[RegCNET] dust parameters

Dear all,

I am trying to evaluate the effect of Saharan dust on temperature and
precipitation. So that I run an episode with RegCM4.1.

I set the following parameters. Could you please help me if I set all the
parameters correctly for ntr, nbin, and inpdustbsiz?
