Dear Dr. Graziano,
I am sorry to disturb you. I have download latest GrADS version from IGES,but it still does't work. The version of GrADS is grads-2.0a8. Also I compiled GrADS from source with netCDF I/O format support, but it failed too. Why the format of output results is not same to RegCM4.0? If I want to get the same format results to RegCM4.0, what I need to modify?

From the above message, it seems that the grads executable used does not 
support netCDF. As the binary downloaded from IGES have this enabled by default, 
I may argue that the binary used has been compiled from source without the 
netCDF support.
My hint is:

1) Download latest GrADS version from IGES
-or-
2) Compile GrADS from source with netCDF I/O format support enabled.
