[RegCNET] Run the RegCM 4 Model !

Hello,

I'm trying to run RegCM 4 Model for middle east region,
Do I have to download all the data set to run the model or just download
part of it ?
My research will focus on the effects of climate change on water resources,
and what hydrological model can I use with the results of the model ?
