[RegCNET] problem with ERSST

Dear All,
I would like to run RegCM4 with EIN75  and  ERSST . but when I making
icbc I'm taking
error message
"READ IN fields at DATE:  1989010100
 INPUT DAY FOR SST DATA ACQUISITION:  1989010100
 SST file is not the right one"
.. I know ERSST is 1.5x1.5  and I wonder that is it not working with EIN75?
I tried with EIN15 and It done. Where can I download ERSST files which
is suitable to EIN75 (I have had)
