[RegCNET] Error at end of preproc icbc

Dear ALL,

I came across a problem after a long PreProcessing ICBC run. The error is
shown below and I have attached the log file for the icbc pre processing,
and my regcm.in file.

 READ IN fields at DATE:  1998070400
 READ IN fields at DATE:  1998070406
 READ IN fields at DATE:  1998070412
 READ IN fields at DATE:  1998070418
 READ IN fields at DATE:  1998070500
 Error: the RCM surface is above the GCM
 model top at i,j=          37         204
 This might reasonably happen if you have a
 very tall mountain in your domain. Setting
 ptop to a smaller value could help.
 Otherwise, this indicates a bug somewhere...
  0.0000000E+00  =>   -5.000000     ,    5.000000
