Dear all,
Thank bixq, zou liwei and Taha Al Hosary for offering sst information.
I had successfully run the following steps and got the output data from these step.
    1./Bin/terrain regcm.in
    2./Bin/sst regcm.in
    3./Bin/icbc regcm.in
But when I run "./Bin/regcmSerial regcm.in",I got the message:
******* OPENING NEW OUTPUT FILES:  2009060100
 OPENING NEW OUT FILE: /home/regcm3/RegCM/tmp/Run_1101/output//ATM.2009060100
 OPENING NEW SRF FILE: /home/regcm3/RegCM/tmp/Run_1101/output//SRF.2009060100
 OPENING NEW RAD FILE: /home/regcm3/RegCM/tmp/Run_1101/output//RAD.2009060100
 OUT-history written date =    2009060100.00000
segmentation fault   (Chinese:段错误)
I had got the CTL files about ATM\SRF\RAD and 0 byte data files.
   How to solve the error?

Good luck.
