[RegCNET] about regcm4

Dear Stefano,

It was the problem of regcm part. 

The compiler whcih I used was pgi7.1-4. (/pgi714/linux86-64/7.1-4/bin/pgf90).  

The output, regcm.in, Makefile.inc and crash information (log2) were in the attachment.

Should I change the compiler ?
