Dear Sun Hui,
in order to help you please give us more details about the crash..
In particular:
-give us details about which part of the code failed
(terrain/icbc/regmc/postproc etc)
-Give us information about compiler you are using
-Give us information about the version you are using
-Provide us with standard output generated by the code before the crash
-Provide us with your input file (regcm.in) and the configuration file
( Makefile.inc) so we can test/repeat your problem
The best approach to do the above is to fill in a bug in our bug system:
http://eforge.escience-lab.org/gf/project/regcm/tracker/?action=TrackerItemBrowse&tracker_id=78
This requires you to register on the portal: an easy operation that
deserved to be done in order to check the status of the bug.
I remember to everybody on the list this little page how to submit
bugs and requests of help related to regcm4:
http://eforge.escience-lab.org/gf/project/regcm/wiki/?pagename=How+to+report+bugs+for+RegCM-4
best regards
Stefano
