Hi Owanda,

Yes, your netcdf library path is not correct. From your compiler i guess you 
have a 64 bit platform, then try changing ../Commons/env/liblinux/ 
by ../Commons/env/liblinux64

Dear All,
I am trying to postprocess my output data after the run. Unfortunately, the 
following error massage emerge,
 
[otieno at cesehpcc RUN2]$ ./postproc.x
/opt/intel/Compiler/11.0/083/bin/intel64/ifort -tpp7 -O3 -cm -w -w90 -w95  
-Vaxlib -convert big_endian  -o postproc postproc.o netcdf.o 
-L../Commons/env/liblinux/ -lnetcdf -ludunits -Vaxlib -I../Commons/env/include
ld: skipping incompatible ../Commons/env/liblinux//libnetcdf.a when searching 
for -lnetcdf
ld: cannot find -lnetcdf
make: *** [postproc] Error 1
mv: cannot stat `../PostProc/postproc': No such file or directory
./postproc: Command not found.
