[RegCNET] help in grads

Dear all,

This request for help in grads. We have run RegCM3 ECHAM5 for 130 years for
Indian domain. We want to display the variables using grads only for our
state (Tamilnadu) in South India. We are trying to use the draw polyf
command to draw the district polygons of our state. We have co-ordinates to
draw polygons for about 31 district of our state. However, the draw polyf
command runs without error or neither it draws the polygon.

I request help of the regcneters.
