[RegCNET] Need help about compiler for AMD64 machine

Hello All,

I am running RegCM model and my machine is AMD64.
Please let me know that what compiler and which makefile i need to
successfully run terrain.x scripts.
Present compiler on my machine is Intel Fortran Compiler.
