[RegCNET] Error in vwnd.1989.18.nc in ERA40 dataset

Dear Dr. Bi and Regcnet users

There is an error in vwnd.1989.18.nc in ERA40 data-set.
While opening the data file it is showing that the time is
1990:1:1:0 whereas the time should be 1989:1:1:0
The error message is shown below

ga-> sdfopen vwnd.1989.18.nc
Scanning self-describing file:  vwnd.1989.18.nc
SDF file vwnd.1989.18.nc is open as file 1
LON set to 0 360
LAT set to -90 90
LEV set to 1 1
Time values set: 1990:1:1:0 1990:1:1:0

ga-> set t 1 365
Time values set: 1990:1:1:0 1990:12:31:0

So please suggest me for VWND.1989.18 data which file I should use.
