Dear Dr Bi,

I have run your code successfully for daily average of max and min variables. I
want to know that are the variables names in the generated files are the same as
listed in model output  files (ATM.ctl) like U, V or I have to replace them with other names?
2ndly there are 12 files for each year and I have tested this code for a single
year. I have the intension to run it for 30 years. It will create 360 files which are not easy to be handled in Grads. Is there any solution
regarding this?

I have used Im = value-2 and Jn=value-2 in your code but it does not work on
these values and when I replaced Im=value-3 and Jn=value-2, it works successfully.
I don’t know why it happened so? Can you explain it?
Note: I presumed Im for Y and Jn for X dimention of my domain.

Regards,
