Most of the parameters related to BATS1E are in file BLOCKDATA001.F
In this block data subroutine, almost all the 1-dimensional arrays
with the size of 20 are the BATS parameter, and there are 20 type of
vegetation. (desert type ranked number 8). For example,
c ****** kolsol is soil color type (see subr. albedo)
data kolsol/5,3,4,4,4,4,4,1,3,3,2,1,5,5,5,4,3,4,4,4/
kolsol=1 for both desert and semidesert.
The different color will have different value of albedo (in albedov.F).
You need read BATS1E documents for the details.
