[RegCNET] regcm.in options

Dear RegCM users,
    I would like to know certain change in option in
the 'regcm.in'.
    After the successful run of ICBC, we are getting
the regcm.in and regcm.x in the /Commons directory which we are 
moving to our /Run directory. We are running the model as per
the desired options in 'regcm.in'.
    Is it necessary to make any changes in the 'chemparam' section
of regcm.in before strting the model run.
    Why I am asking means, After successful completion of model run
we are automatically geting another 'regcm.in' file in our /Run
directory which is required for a restart run. But there are 
differences in the 'chemparam' section between the newly created
regcm.in and the previous bydefault regcm.in.
