[RegCNET] regarding 6 hourly data files

Hi Mishra

In the line
'output',       ! RegCM Output directory
replace 'output' with the path of file which u want to postprocess. Remember
that path should include the directory names and not the file name.

Similarly Make sure you have the files DOMAIN.INFO and DOMAIN.CTL in the
Input folder of your model and OUT_HEAD and OUT_HEAD.CTL in the directory
where u have the file to be postprocessed. Hope it works
