[RegCNET] Dust model implementation

Hello,

Follwing the question of Marc marcella about the dust implementaion, I 
too am having problems with this. As suggested I have se the number of 
tracers to 4 in the file /main/parame. I have set the chemistry parameters 
as follows

chtrname  =    'DUST','DUST','DUST','DUST',
  chtrsol   =  0.50,  0.60,  0.70,  0.80,
  chtrdpv   =  0.00025,0.00050,0.00075,0.00100,
  dustbsiz  =  0.01, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00,

The model runs but can anyone confirm the meaning of the parameters 
chtrsol and chtrdpv
