[RegCNET] plv postproc problems

All,

I am having problems when changing from sigma levels to pressure levels
using the plv option within postproc.in

I try to view various variables at several different levels and times and
get no value errors.  Previously I used postproc with plv set to false and
had no problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
