Hi Endalkachew.
I am not sure what you are trying to calculate. Are you trying to mask
out areas with precipitation less than 10 mm/day? In this case you could
use a combination of the const and maskout functions in grads, like
example #3 at
http://grads.iges.org/grads/gadoc/gradfuncconst.html
but instead of masking out values less than 10, you would mask out
values greater than 10.
Let me know if this is not what you need.
