[RegCNET] Same outputs from two closure assumptions

Dear All,
I am using RegCM3 (version June 2006) for the simulation in South Asian 
domain (65-117E; 5-40N). It seems that outputs in Modified-Kuo scheme for 
both Arakawa-Schubert (AS) and Fritsch-Chappell (FC) closure assumptions are 
same. However, for other convective schemes say Grell (or Emanuel) outputs 
of AS and FC are different (as expected). Does any one have such type of 
situation? How I can overcome this problem?
