Hi,everyone,
My problem is solved.
My friend point the reason of the false.Since the grids numbers of lon and lat is 94 and 56 relatively,in the pdef line of IC_Pyyyymmddhh.ctl,I should minus 2.
The correct ctl file should be:
pdef 92 54 lcc 33.00 89.00 47.00 28.00 30.00 60.00 89.00 45000. 45000.
Then I got reasonable result.
The following is the interpretation from Moet:
The output file has two grid points less than actual ICBC file, in each direction. This is to make the grid of processed ICBC file similar to the RegCM output files, which have two grid points less than user defined grid, in each direction.
PS:my question is 'SIGMAtoP of ICBCyyyyddmmhh' just as following:

I still have question about the IC_Pyyyymmddhh file which is produced by SIGMAtoP.f,I change the ctl file according to IC_P1994070100.ctl.But the variables displayed by Grads is unreasonable.
