[RegCNET] Parallel computing problem

For parallel computing, mostly, the purpose is to run
a big domain (high resolution) case.
If you try a 256x256 domain, you will find the speed up
is quite reasonable. In my opinion, there is no problem
for your benchmark. If you change to check the other model
(like MM5 or WRF) the parallel performance, I think you
will get similar speed up results.
By the way, do you mean your cluster is just connected by
several desktop PC ? If yes, I think your results are quite
good.
