[RegCNET] RegCM3 on 64-bit linux

Dear Bi and Anyah,
I do not know details about RegCM version and Machine platform. However I am
using RegCM3 version of November 2004 in AMD-64 Linux and found excellect
performance. I am also using PGI 4.1 in FEDORA Core 3. For same version of
RegCM3, I simulate 20 years data continuously without any break using AMD-64
machine whereas I found floating point error allmost once in each year in 32
bit machine.
