Hi,

Ok I understand. For this you have to use any of the softwares that I have 
mentioned in my previous email. For simplicity, I suggest you to use Grads:

1) If you use RegCM3 output directly after simulation then the output files 
can be direcly opened with Grads (gradsc/grads). To use grads for the first 
time, you can take help from its manual. 
2) If you use RegCM3 output after Postproc step then you may use grads for 
netcdf files (gradsnc).  

I am attaching two simple Grads scripts. These scripts can generate a time 
series of a particular point in domain or of an averaged area. The help for 
using them is written inside these scripts. These scripts can be used for 
RegCM3 + CRU outputs to convert them into ascii format for analysis in 
windows. 
Ferret can also do this in few steps (if you have someone who know how to 
use it!). 

Feel free to ask for help if you find any problem in whole process.
