[RegCNET] question

I am working  in the Climatological Research Institute (CRI), I.R. of Iran Meteorological Organization in  Mashhad. I and my freinds execute RegCM3 model. I have a question about output RegCM model.
how do output model files convert to txt file?
please advance me about question. thanks a lot.
