Fundraiser to help a family after the fire of their house

Dear Colleagues,

first of all, I'd like to inform you that I have delivered to the family 
everything you have donated: sheets, blankets, towels, dresses, coats, 
sweaters, shoes, even a beautiful bag (that has been much appreciated!) 
and I wish to thank you for that and also for your contribution via a 
bank transfer on the bank account of the Lions Club of Duino Aurisina.

Please, note that the collection of urgent clothing items and household 
goods has been closed now and the bank account also will be closed in a 
couple of days (the exact date will be communicated soon).

On my behalf and on behalf of this family, I thank you again for your 
emotional involvement!

Care/i colleghe/i,

innanzitutto desidero informarVi che ho consegnato alla famiglia tutto 
il materiale che avete donato: lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani, vestiti, 
giacche pesanti, maglioni, scarpe e perfino una splendida borsa (che e' 
stata molto apprezzata!) e desidero ringraziarVi per questo e anche per 
i vs contributi sul conto corrente per l'occasione aperto dal Lions Club 
di Duino Aurisina.

Vogliate prendere nota che la raccolta di vestiario e articoli per la 
casa e' stata chiusa ora e il conto corrente bancario sara' anch'esso 
chiuso in un paio di giorni. (L'esatta data della chiusura sarà 
comunicata in seguito)
