On Tuesday, March 1st, the personal exhibition of the Russian 
photographer Lisa Dakkar begins in Trieste. The exhibition, curated by 
Le Vie delle Foto society, will be open until March 14th.
Inauguration, in the presence of the artist, is on the same Tuesday at 
19.00.
Exhibition hours: every day from 16.00 to 23.00.
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Piazza della Repubblica, 1, Trieste.

LISA DAKKAR - Artist born in Moscow (Russia) and moved to Valencia 
(Spain) at the age of 17. Since her university years, she has been 
creating painting and photography projects and holding exhibitions all 
over the world. For her photographic projects, Lisa is inspired by 
Russian literature.

EMIGRATION IN RUSSIAN STYLE - In this project, she uses the quotes of 
Joseph Brodsky, a Russian poet of Jewish origin who emigrated to 
America, later awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature, as a connecting 
element; focusing the viewer's attention on a person's psychological 
state during an adaptation process in emigration.
