Vacancy of a room for students

Buongiorno,
I'm Keerthana from India, a second-year Master's student of the Data 
Science & Scientific Computing program of UNITS, SISSA & ICTP. I'm 
living in a 3 room apartment with another Brazilian girl from the same 
Master program and we are looking for a flatmate. Due to the pandemic, 
the UNITS lessons have become online and the Italian students are 
leaving to their home. Hence, it would be very beneficial if there is a 
way to advertise the vacancy of a room in our apartment to the ICTP 
students & researchers. As I'm international and, for my scholarship 
covering the reimbursement of house rent, I must renew my contract 
within this month for which I need a flatmate.
    I have been redirected to contact in this mail ID for reaching the 
students. I am attaching the details of the room available.
*Description:* The house is in 2 mins walking from /*Stazione 
Centrale*/, very close to /*Pam supermarket*/. The bus stops for /*linea 
38*/(SISSA), /*linea 6*/(ICTP) are in 2 mins walking distance. It is on 
the first floor and has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony. 
I, from India and another girl from Brazil studying in the same DSSC 
Master programme, are living in 2 rooms of the house. The vacant room 
has /*2 beds*/ given as single room and the */rent/* is /*270 euros*/ + 
20 euros (condominium + WiFi), bills(gas, electricity and water) are 
separate (they amount to approx 50 euros per month in the winter, 30 
approx in summer). A female flatmate, smoker/non-smoker, with/without 
pets is preferred. If she smokes, she can smoke in the big balcony space 
and kindly not inside the house.
