How to create a maintenance request

Dear Scientists and Staff,

In order to streamline the ICTP maintenance workflow, we are all 
required to use the following procedure when we need assistance from the 
maintenance staff:

  * Login at https://rt.ictp.it/
  * New ticket
  * Select Facility_Maintenance from the list
  * Fill in the provided form (see the attached screenshot)
