In order to streamline the ICTP maintenance workflow, we are all required to use the following procedure when we need assistance from the maintenance staff:

• Login at https://rt.ictp.it/
  
• New ticket
• Select Facility_Maintenance from the list
  
• Fill in the provided form (see the attached screenshot)
