Dear all,

on behalf of the Director, you are cordially invited to the ICTP 
Colloquium by Prof. Giovanni Vignale on "Hydrodynamics of Quantum 
Liquids: From Electrons to Quarks" which will take place on 10 October 
at 16:00 in the Budinich Lecture Hall at ICTP.

Prof. Giovanni Vignale is Curators’ Distinguished Professor of Physics 
at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is currently Visiting 
Research Professor at the Institute for Intelligent Functional Materials 
(I-FIM), National University of Singapore. His area of research is the 
many-body theory of electronic materials and devices — a field in which 
he has more than 200 papers in print.
