Forthcoming festivities (24 December 2022 - 8 January 2023)

*NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF *

Please note that, on the occasion of the forthcoming festivities,

*ICTP will be closed from Saturday, 24^th December 2022 to Sunday**8^th 
January 2023 inclusive.*

ICTP staff will not be on duty during this period.

In order to facilitate the closure of the buildings, all scientists and 
staff are kindly requested to leave the premises not later than 5pm on 
Friday 23^th December 2022, and make sure that all electrical equipments 
in their offices are switched off.

BUILDINGS

_All ICTP buildings (LB-EFB-AGH-GGH-Mlab-exSISSA 2^nd floor) will be 
closed from evening of 23^rd December 2022._

_Heating will be switched off._

Please note that window cleaning and wax treatment will be carried out 
at the Fermi building, therefore you are kindly requested to remove all 
personal valuable belongings.

ACCESS CONTROL

*The**ICTP access badges will be de-activated* *and no entry is allowed 
during this period.*

SERVICES:

  * Leonardo Building and Adriatico cafeterias will be open until 23^rd
    at lunch time.

  * The LIBRARY will close at 4pm on Friday, 23^rd December 2022 and
    will reopen on Monday, 9^th January 2023.

  * The ICTP postal services will not be available for the entire period.


The national Post Offices will be open according to their usual timetable.

_Incoming mail will not be accepted_from 24^th December until 8^th 
January inclusive.

The Security Service staff will be normally on duty.
