Please be advised, the following rules apply to 
staff/scientists/visitors of the campus at ICTP/TWAS:**

_Staff/scientists/visitors can visit the campus only if they has 
fulfilled all legal requirements for entering the national territory._

*_AND in addition:_*

  * Stayed at least 5 days in Italy prior to the visit to the campus
    *_OR_* completed the vaccination cycle with the vaccination still
    being effective/valid
  * The Security desk and Access Control office must be informed ahead
    of any visit: visitors/outside company workers without badges must
    be announced at least 2 days in advance.
  * The responsible person/office inviting guests to the Centre must
    provide ID info, date and the approx. hour of arrival and departure
    of the guest/s. This information should be sent to secur_mb at ictp.it

    <mailto:access at ictp.it>.An ID document is preferable and could be
    requested.


For the first visit of each day, ICTP and TWAS request that all 
staff/visitors enter the campus via the main entrance of either the LB, 
GGH or AGH buildings.

Your body temperature will be checked and your personal badges will be 
activated/deactivated on a daily basis.

The ICTP buildings are open from 6:00 a.m. through 9:30 p.m. on working 
days. For Security reasons the buildings should be vacant before 10:00 p.m.

In case of special needs and only on an exceptional basis, 
staff/scientists/guests already owners of an official badge can request 
the Security guards to have access to the buildings during the weekend.

All staff and guests are requested to advise the Security office if you 
wish to leave your car or any other vehicle in the carpark premises 
after 9.30 p.m. even for a few days. In this case, a contact phone 
number is requested in case of an emergency.

These rules are subject to regular reviews and can change. Any revision 
will be communicated promptly.
