How often is your mood disrupted by recurrent thoughts, unpleasant
feelings and suffering? How often you feel you are torn apart by opposite
emotions regarding the past or anxiety for the future?
Join our Mindfulness Meditation sessions and experience a different way to
approach everyday life.
The Mindfulness-Oriented Meditation (MOM) helps disable automatic
thoughts, brooding, and mulling over painful memories. Together we will
explore how to cope with our own reality, to accept and let go feelings in
a non-judgemental way, with a caring, open-heart.
Through guided training we will start changing reactions into responses,
opting for better choices in our relationships, lowering stress and
looking at life with new eyes.
Suggested: bring a comfortable, not too soft, pillow, and wear comfortable
