Presence in the offices and lecture rooms


The presence in the offices and lecture rooms during the evening and 
night hours are subject to the communication to the Security Guards or 
Receptionists.

*Please note that during the same period of time the access to the 
buildings is not available using the badges.*



Please contact the Guards via email (secur_mb at ictp) or by phone (606 - 
±390402240606) in case that you intend to stay in the following hours at 
the following buildings:

    Leonardo Building: 10PM through 6:30AM

  *

    Enrico Fermi Building: 8:30PM through 6:30AM

  *

    SISSA Building: 8:30PM through 6:30AM

  *

    MLab Building: 8:30PM through 6:30AM



Please contact the Reception via email or by phone in case that you 
intend to stay in the offices or lecture rooms during the following 
hours at the following buildings:
