General strike in France 28th June

We would like to inform you that labour unions have called to a 
*national general strike in France on Tuesday, 28th June, *that will 
cause *disruptions to transports. *

*Impact and info *

The following areas will be directly impacted:

-*Aviation*: *Air traffic controllers *will take part beginning *at 7:00 
pm (local time) today, Monday, June 27, until 6:00 am on Wednesday, June 
29*. According to Eurocontrol, it is unclear how air services will be 
impacted by the strike and no airlines have been asked to modify flight 
programs. However, some *flight delays are likely and cancellations are 
possible*, including at airports in Toulouse (TLS), Paris-Orly (ORY), 
Lyon (LYS), Montpellier (MPL), Nice (NCE) and Bordeaux (BOD).

-*Rail*: rail traffic is not expected to be affected on a national 
scale, although *local movements *cannot be ruled out.

-*Public Transport*: Public transit is set to be disrupted in Dijon, 
Dunkirk, Nice and Reims.

-*Road traffic*: demonstrations and traffic jams are likely in major 
French cities, especially in Paris.
