you that labour unions have called to a
national general strike in France on Tuesday, 28th June,
that will cause
disruptions to transports.
Impact and info
The following areas will
be directly impacted:

Aviation:
Air traffic controllers will take part beginning at
7:00 pm (local time) today, Monday, June 27, until 6:00 am
on Wednesday, June 29. According to Eurocontrol, it is
unclear how air services will be impacted by the strike and
no airlines have been asked to modify flight programs.
However, some flight delays are likely and cancellations
are possible, including at airports in Toulouse (TLS),
Paris-Orly (ORY), Lyon (LYS), Montpellier (MPL), Nice (NCE)
and Bordeaux (BOD).

Rail: rail traffic is not expected to be affected
on a national scale, although
local movements cannot be ruled out.

Public
Transport: Public transit is
set to be disrupted in Dijon, Dunkirk, Nice and Reims.

Road
traffic: demonstrations and
traffic jams are likely in major French cities, especially
in Paris.
