Remove bicycles immediately from the LB terrace

In view of the Trieste Mini Maker Faire tomorrow, please note that any 
bicycle remaining on the terrace of the Leonardo Building  today will be 
removed.

If the bicycles are locked, the locks will be cut.
ICTP will not compensate broken locks; the need to liberate the parkings 
and nearby areas from cars and bicycles for this event has been 
communicated in several messages over time.
