Inventory physical reconciliation - ICT objects

Please be informed that in the next two weeks, E. Fratnik from the ICTS 
will do a physical recognition of all ICT assets present in the ICTP 
inventory.

All offices are kindly requested to assist in giving access and 
assistance for a quick and successful reconciliation exercise.

E. Fratnik will be assisted by a guard when checking on offices that are 
locked.

  If you are away and should not want that E. Fratnik in the presence of 
a guard, enters your office, please indicate so to 
enrico.fratnik at ictp.it and also indicate when -  before 22 April - you 
can be present to accommodate the visit.
