Language courses at ICTP 2013 - status

Following the Director's authorization to organize language courses also 
in 2013, some weeks ago staff were invited to express which language 
they would be interested to learn. To organize a language class, there 
must be 4 participants as a minimum. Based on the received 
registrations, we have contacted the language teachers and as per today 
the following classes will be organized:

English (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
French (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
Spanish (beginner, intermediate)
Chinese (intermediate)
Slovenian (beginner, intermediate)

Unless additional registrations are received, the following classes will 
not be organized:
Arabic (3 requests)
German (1 request)
English conversation (2 requests)
Should additional registrations be received and the participation be 4 
or more, also these courses will be organized.

You may still sign up by sending an e-mail to bognolo at ictp.it.  Please 
recall that you can only participate in one language class.

For each class there will be 20 sessions, each of 1,5 hours once per 
week, starting during the second half of January. Classes will be held 
during lunch hours.
ICTP will contribute with half of the cost, up to a limit of 250 euro 
per person per year.
