To all staff and scientists,

the local STU Section, through the Federation of Staff Unions FICSA, has 
been informed that "/A Memorial Service to honour UN personnel who have 
lost their lives in serving the Organization between 1//November 2011 
and 31 August 2012 will be held at UN Headquarters on Wednesday, 14 
November 2012. The ceremony will be accessible via webcast at 
//_http://www.un.org/webcast_// from 16:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs (Geneva/CET 
time). The Secretary-General hopes that this Memorial Service will be an 
occasion for the //entire United Nations family to honour the memory of 
our fallen colleagues". /
/At ICTP, the event will be broadcasted live at the Leonardo Building 
Main Lecture Hall at 16:00./
/You are all invited to participate either by gathering in the Main 
Lecture Hall or through your own PCs./
