Air France and KLM new check-in procedures

This is to inform that Air France and KLM have recently abolished the
check-in desk service for economy-class travellers at Venice, Milan,
Bologna and Florence airports (please see the attached CWT message for
additional details).
Therefore, economy-class passengers are kindly requested to check-in
online or at the self-service kiosks inside the above-mentioned airports.
Check-in desks remain at the disposal of business/premium class
travellers and of those requiring special assistance (unaccompanied
children, reduced mobility passengers, etc.).
