Guided Tour to Aquileia and Grado on 24 July

                                         Special guided tour by coach to:

                    AQUILEIA and GRADO on Saturday 24 July (afternoon)*

AQUILEIA* is one of the most interesting sites in the Region, an ancient 
marshland settlement, with a 700-year Roman period dating back to 181 
B.C. There are old Roman mosaics in the Basilica and old Roman ruins 
spread out in a lovely landscape.
*The next stop will be in GRADO*, a small town built on a lagoon with 
many historical connections with Venice and Aquileia*. *You may go to 
the beach there or choose to visit the city  with our guide.
Please wear comfortable shoes and a cap, take some water with you as it 
may be quite hot while you are touring. You may also stop for refreshments.*

The discounted contribution requested for the tour is only euro  5/head  
payable when you sign up.*

THE MEETING POINT with our English-speaking guide, Ms Paola Alzetta, is 
fixed at 13:50 in Grignano at bus stop 6. Return time to Trieste will be 
at approximately 20:00.  *

Sign up as soon as possible at the Info Point, Leonardo Building (8:30 - 
16:48) as seats on the bus are limited and will be assigned on a 
first-come first-served basis.
