Hospitality requests

All offices are reminded that Hospitality Requests should include the
names of the invited
guests to be written in the appropriate spaces in case of:

- a small group: indicate the names of each person

- many participants: preferably list of all names, or if not feasible,
then indicate a group reference like Participants in the
SMR......./workshop...../ or similar

Kindly bear in mind that the Hospitality service can not accept forms
that are incomplete
and missing such information.
